Weight Lifting Routines:

Review For The Total Gym

Total Gym® Official Store – As Seen on TV - Chuck Norris & Christie Brinkley. One gym, over 80 exercises - as low as $399! FREE S&H.

Ab Workouts

In the previous weight lifting routines posts, I discussed a great alternative for those who didn't wish to do the gym whether it be lack of time, money or desire. That alternative was Bodylastics, a tube resistance training product that can be used to give you a total body workout which great results and at a very cheap price. It doesn't matter if you wanted to perform ab workouts or chest workouts, Bodylastics is a great product to achieve any of your weight lifting goals. Learn more about it in the previous weight lifting programs post.

And although it is a great product, I've found another alternative to performing weight lifting routines if Bodylastics didn't quite spark your interest. This product is the Total Gym. It's a non free weight total body workout that uses unique means to achieve your goals.

If you want to lose weight or just get slim and toned, Total Gym is a product that help you quickly. Even if you are a person who wants to get some muscle size, the product offers up to 400 lbs. in resistance. That much weight can get anybody muscular and all without using any weight lifting programs.

With the Total Gym, one is able to perform up to 80 different exercises that can perform great ab workouts, chest workouts and many more. Also with a purchase, everyone obtains a workout chart revealing 30 different weight lifting routines, an exercise guide showing how to perform each exercise and a DVD showing you the different workouts so you can perform them with an instructor.

The major benefits of the Total Gym as compared to performing weight lifting programs at a gym can be summarized into three points: it saves you time, it saves you money and you'll still will get great results if you follow the detailed program strictly. I'd suggest reading the 'top 10 reasons why customers love' the Total Gym. It may spark your interest.

Now to the products, there are three different Total Gyms: XLS, 3000, and 2,000. The XLS is the most expensive and the 2,000 is the cheapest obviously because the XLS has more features than the 2,000. Purchasing the right product for you is all determined by what you want to accomplish. If you want to get serious muscle tone and strength without using weight lifting routines, the XLS is probably the best. If you want to lose some weight, maybe the 2,000 will work fine.

Finally, what makes the Total Gym so great is there guarantees and warranties. They really have confidence in their product and to me, that confidence proves that the product will work. You have the option of taking a 30 day trial for $1 with free shipping and after that, you can choose to buy or return. After the 30 days, you still have another 30 day money back guarantee if you suddenly change your mind. So that's 60 days for $1. Finally, there is an extended warranty that you should read about before purchasing.

There are some more benefits to the Total Gym so I would suggest reading up on it. I don't personally own the Total Gym only because I am a personal trainer and a weight lifter for the majority of my life but that doesn't mean that this product isn't a great alternative for performing ab workouts or chest workouts at the gym. If you any doubts of joining a gym or performing weight lifting programs, I would really suggest that you give the Total Gym a try. With the guarantees and warranties, there is nothing to lose.

Review For BODYLASTICS

Weight Lifting Programs Graphic

1 year personal training only $50...Home gym included!!!! Click here to learn more

Ab Workouts

I have revealed many different weight lifting programs for basically every type of weight lifter out there but if you are a person who is seeking an alternative to weight lifting, then check out Bodylastics. Although weight lifting is a great activity to reach all your goals, it isn't the only way. Some don't like using weight lifting routines or just don't like going to the gym everyday.

Bodylastics is an amazing alternative to using weight lifting routines. It's a company that offers you resistance fitness training that can be used at home or anywhere on the go. And best of all, it can be used by anybody to achieve any goal. If you want to lose weight or gain big muscles, Bodylastics can help you accomplish it.

With Bodylastics, you get access to over 140 top gym exercises anywhere from chest workouts to abdominal workouts. Along with that, you obtain a 76 page user book with those exercises detailed as well as a DVD to provide video instruction and coaching.

And with Bodylastics, it saves you time and money. It saves you time from going to the gym everyday, waiting for machines to be open. And it saves you money from costly gym memberships or costly total gym machines. There is no need for weight lifting programs anymore.

If you have ever tried a resistance band product, you know that there is only one resistance level which is why most don't get anywhere near the goals they are looking for. Bodylastics offers customers up to 95 different resistances (depending on which model you purchase) that reaches up to 127 pounds. That many resistances will help anybody reach their goals, even more so than using weight lifting routines.

Also, these Bodylastic exercises are much better than the free weight ab workouts and chest workouts you may do in your weight lifting routines because it's much easier on the joints. There is a reason why so many pro athletes are moving towards Bodylastics because it provides super effective resistance training without the joint pain and injuries.

And to prove that, they have signed up with a famous pro football wide receiver, Terrel Owens, as he already uses the product with great success. I mean check out his body. He is a physical specimen and he contributes much of that success to Bodylastics.

So if you are interested, which I'm certain most of you are after reading this review, there are three simple systems that one can choose from. The first is the Terrel Owens Super Strong Man Edition costing $99. It comes with everything. The highest resistances, the manual and the DVD. If you are seeking big muscles through weight lifting routines, try using this system.

The second is the Max Tension System. If you buy it with the manual and dvd it costs $59 and only $55 without the dvd. And although you don't receive all the resistances with this system, you still do receive quite a bit. This would probably best fit all those you are seeking a more ripped body with all the ab workouts, chest workouts, and many more that you'd do.

The final system is the Basic Tension System. With the manual and dvd it costs $49 and without the dvd it costs only $45. Of course it comes with less resistances but if you are just a beginner looking to achieve more weight loss and tone over anything else, then this would be the best situation for you.

Finally, if you are still not convinced they offer not 1, not 2 but 3 guarantees. The first is a 6 week 100% money back guarantee if you are not pleased with the product. The second is a 6 week 100% visible results guarantee. Read up on it, it's very interesting. The third and final is a lifetime defects warrantee. So if it breaks, which it won't, they'll ship out a new one. The value for this product is much better than using weight lifting programs at gyms.

I'm telling you, if you are sick of using weight lifting routines or just want to try something different, give this system a try. You'll see instance results and you'll be happier with those results. I suggest that all should read more on this excellent system to see if it's the right system for you. Ab Workouts

Fine Tune Your Abs In 4 Weeks (III)

Weight Lifting Programs

The last two weight lifting routines posts, I've been revealing steps of great 4 week ab workouts. So this part of these weight lifting programs will reveal the third week which focuses on the upper abs.

Like I said in the previous posts, perform these weight lifting routines about three times a week.
Here's a suggestion, start your weeks out with chest workouts and include these ab workouts on the first, third and fifth day.

Now the first two weeks of these weight lifting programs started with focusing on overall core density and then strengthening the lower abs. And if you followed this routine up to now, you should feel big changes in your abdominals.

And after finishing the third week of these weight lifting routines, you probably will start seeing the definition as the 6 pack will start forming. Of course if you have fat on your stomach, you won't see that definition but you will still feel it.

WEIGHT LIFTING PROGRAMS: 4 Week Abs

Week III: (Upper Abs Focus)

Weighted Sit Ups: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
Double Crunches: 3 sets to failure
Machine Crunches: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
Crossover Crunches: 3 sets to failure

Once again, two this week of these ab workouts three times with a rest period in between each workout. That way you'll give you abs enough time to rest and repair to be strong for the next workout.

Also, make sure you don't cheat yourself of any results. Do each exercise with good form and perform them at the most weight possible for the given reps. For the two exercises that need to done to failure, it should take at least 15 reps to get you there. However the more reps you do with these weight lifting routines, the better definition you'll obtain.

Finally, if you don't know any of the above exercises or just don't know how to perform them properly, it would be wise of you to learn. Just like chest workouts or any other workouts, serious injuries can occur if you don't know what you are doing. So find these exercises by CLICKING HERE.

If you tried all of the other abdominal workouts that I've revealed in this blog or just would like to try something different, I would suggest visiting 6 Pack Abs.

There you can find many other great weight lifting programs to help you obtain whatever goals you wish for your core. And it's not a program designed just for men, women can also obtain weight lifting routines to help them reduce their belly fat and obtain a flatter stomach.

Fine Tune Your Abs In 4 Weeks (II)

Weight Lifting Routines Picture

Free Workout Routines

Last weight lifting routines post, I started off with this 4 week "Fine Tune Your Abs" workout that may be a great to include in your weightlifting charts. These free workout routines are designed for the average weight lifter who wish to obtain stronger and more apparent core.

The first week used different weight lifting exercises that were designed to help you obtain some mass in the abdominal muscles. Before you can obtain any type of strong core, you need to have developed abs. And with the proper weight lifting techniques, mass in the core will be accomplished.

The second week of these weight lifting routines is intended to concentrate on the lower abs. There are three parts to the abdominals: upper, lower and obliques. Strengthening all three parts is important to achieving good results. And that's what these free workout routines do.

Below is the second week of these free weightlifting routines. To add one more thing, make sure you perform this routine at least 3 times for that given week after your normal weight lifting routines.

FREE WEIGHTLIFTING ROUTINES: 4 Week Abs

WEEK II: (Lower Abs Focus)

Weighted Hanging Knee Raise: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
Reverse Crunch: 3 sets x failure
Cable Double Crunch: 3 sets x 15-20 reps
Side to Side Leg Raises: 3 sets x failure

With these weight lifting exercises, the increased amount of the reps allows you to obtain stronger abs to help you with the tone you are probably looking for in the core. As long as you use the right weight lifting techniques and perform the amount of reps required, you should start seeing results.

If you have any confusion about any of these weight lifting exercises or just don't know what they are, visit the website at the end of this paragraph. Navigate to the appropriate muscle and search for the exercise. GO HERE
