The last two weight lifting routines posts revealed another weight lifting strategy, two a day workouts. This post will continue on with those weightlifting charts as I will reveal the third two a day routine.

Before I start revealing the weight lifting exercises, it's important that I review the rules and weight lifting techniques needed to get good results and to keep you safe.

There are three rules you need to follow to achieve good results with these weight lifting routines. First, each workout should not exceed 45 minutes. Second, there should be approximately 8 hours difference between each routine. You don't want to stress those muscles out to hard. FREE WEIGHTLIFTING ROUTINES: DAY 3 (Two A Day Workout)

MORNING:
1) Hang Cleans: 3 sets x 4-6 reps
2) Squats: 3 sets x 4-6 reps
3a) Dumbbell Bench Press: 2 sets x 4-6 reps
3b) Pullups: 2 sets x 4-6 reps
4) Hanging Leg Raises: 3 sets x 12-15 reps

EVENING:
1a) Calf Raises: 2 sets x 20 reps
1b) Lateral Raises: 2 sets x 10-12 reps
2a) Overhead Cable Extensions: 2 sets x 7-9 reps
2b) Hammer Curls: 2 sets x 6-8 reps
3) Decline Oblique Crunch: 2 sets x 12-15 reps

For the weight lifting exercises that have been group together in one number (i.e. 1A and 1B), that means that it should be placed into one set sort of like a superset. However, you should include a rest period between exercises. Around 1 minute rest between weight lifting exercises is adequate.
